Article 1a: Age Limit

Bee and Gnome only accepts clients aged 16 or older for purchasing physical and digital products. For services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars, clients must be 18 or older. If we become aware that any client does not meet the required age, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Bee and Gnome reserves the right to refuse service or access to our digital products to minors.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order on the Bee and Gnome website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered binding.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time of the transaction. Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are additional and will be noted during checkout.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made securely via credit or debit card through our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not accept payments via cash or checks for online purchases. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your data remains secure.

Article 5: Delivery

For digital products, delivery will be through email or direct access or download from our website. Ensure you provide a correct email address at checkout, as Bee and Gnome is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the client.

For any physical products (if applicable), we will ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. Once the product leaves our premises, responsibility for the risk of loss passes to the client. We will make every effort to assist in the event of lost or damaged items during shipping.

Article 6: Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, Bee and Gnome does not offer refunds once the product has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded. For pre-orders or unopened physical products, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

By placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
